I am now 50 years old and have been a life-long Republican.  However, my party has abandoned its principals and joined with the Democrats, whom have also abandoned their original goodness to form a tyrannical empire run by a secular elite.

Where is my Republic?  Where is my “One Nation Under God”?  Where is my “…government of the people by the people and for the people…”?  All I see is an oligarchy run by bureaucrats, for whom you do their bidding.

Where are the personal liberties guaranteed by our Constitution?  Why is free speech now called hate speech?  How did the “…right of the people to keep and bear arms…” get to be a privilege?  Why are property rights subservient to un-elected city planning commissions?  How did the free exercise of religion clause come to be a prohibition on the mere mention of God’s Name?  When did the rights of parents to be the primary educators of their children get replaced with a perverted group of so-called experts who pollute our children with sex education classes and diversity training?

Where is the defense of the unborn?  Why, with a majority in congress, which 3 times handed Bill Clinton bills outlawing partial-birth abortion, which he vetoed, did it take you 3 years to pass and sign that same legislation into law, only to have it immediately challenged in our courts?  How dare you claim to be pro-life!  If you were truly pro-life and not just out getting votes, abortion would be completely outlawed by now.

Finally, you have solicited and accepted contributions from the Log Cabin Republicans.  How can I possibly believe a man who says he wants to ban homosexual unions, when he takes money from one of the biggest advocacy groups for these and other perverted practices?

Just like your father, you have been ushering in a New World Order.  You commit our troops abroad, while our borders overflow with drugs and illegal aliens.  The national debt is rising along with our taxes.  You promote foreign aid in the billions while our own working poor go hungry.  You support subsidies and tax breaks to large corporations, while punishing small businesses with a regulation and paperwork nightmare.  You talk about funding a program to go off and put a man on mars, while gas prices go through the roof and our air traffic control and rail systems here at home are falling apart.

The party elite continue to tell the rank-in-file, which candidates they should vote for in the primaries and the result is that the candidates elected NEVER support my value system.

No!  I will not contribute to your campaign.  I will not vote for you or any other elitist candidates.  I will no longer support the Republican Party nor the Democratic Party in any way.  For all of the above reasons I voted for Pat Buchanan in the last election and have recently joined the Constitution Party, which better reflects my Christian values.
