Scrolling

Each page has more than just what you see in front of you.  Use the scroll bar on the right to scroll down and see more.

Navigating Pages

STEP #1

Click on your selection, like this JOURNAL button

The button will take you to another page.  If that page has more buttons, you can select yet another page.

STEP #2

When you are finished looking at a page you can back up by clicking BACK button in the TOP LEFT corner of your browser

This will take you back to the previous page where you can select another button, or you can back out even further.

Going Home

The HOME button will take you all the way back to the home page
